To say the menu at Brian's is subject to change does not tell the whole story. While regular customers will often find one of their old favorites like the Mushroom Soup or a new classic like Sweetbreads Milanese, the truth is there are no guarantees when it comes to dinner at Brian's except a wonderful meal.
Brian Held is always experimenting and developing new plates. When something delicious like the Blanquette de Veau of last year goes away, it is replaced by something new and exciting like the succulent Sea Bass with Brown Butter, Capers, and Croutes. Brian knows you have your favorites, but he also believes there is great joy in discovering something new.
